What It Does

• Everything in the Single Estate Plan, but for two people.

• Includes two sets of Wills, POAs, HIPAA forms, and Medical Directives.

• Includes two Lady Bird Deeds, if needed, or a shared one if co-owned property is involved.

• Keeps things easy for your spouse or partner if one of you passes first.

What It Doesn’t Do

• It doesn’t avoid probate—that requires a trust.

• It doesn’t fix bad communication between family members. That’s on you.

• It doesn’t cover planning for blended families or complicated asset situations. You’ll need more if things are messy.

Who Needs to Sign

• Both partners.

• Some docs require witnesses and/or notarization. We’ll walk you through it.
